We are looking candidates for QC Inspector-Intern position to one of the Oil Companies.
Premium connection and API connection hands on experience is a must.
Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates, Licenses: ASNT Level-II In MT (Magnetic Particle) and PT (Penetrant Testing) (Not Required but desired) ,Internal Qualification record of Passing Theory / Practical Tests (80% marks) for Hardness Testing & Yard QC Inspection process.
Functional performance – Quality Control, NDT & Yard Inspection
· First Article Inspection, Visual/ Dimensional Inspection and gauging of all types threaded connections like API , VAM, Tenaris, Grant Prideco, Hunting & other types Premium Thread connections as per licensors’ procedures/requirements
· Inspection &/or monitoring of processes like swage/expanding, stress relieve, phosphate, bead blast, copper plate, torque etc.
· Inspection of Raw material and bought out components, outsourced products
