3. Wok Demi Chef (Cantonese Cuisine)  
4. Chef De Partie(Chopper) 
5. Demi Chef( Chopper) 
6. Chinese BBQ Sous Chef  
7. Chinese BBQ Chef de partie  
8. Dim Sum Junior Sous Chef  
9. Dim Sum Demi Chef  
10. Commis  
 
Requirements: 
• Strong experience in Chinese and Cantonese cuisine is essential. 
• Background in luxury hotel brands is required. 
• Basic English communication skills.
