Role Requirements:
Previous experience in the same role within a 5-Star luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
Elegant appearance and polished grooming
Strong command of English (additional languages are a big plus!)
Hospitality experience in the GCC is an advantage
Education background in Europe, South America, or South Africa required

Salaries:
Waiter/Waitress: AED 1,700
Senior Waiter/Team Leader: AED 2,975–4,500
Senior Bartender: AED 3,850
Hostess: AED 2,975–4,500
Head Hostess: AED 8,500
300 AED Language Allowance (if you speak any of the following languages fluently; Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Italian, German, Japanese, or Mandarin)
Service Charge (Other hotels in the group paid AED 1,000+ per month in 2023) Personal accident & life insurance
Return ticket home every two years
26 vacation days + public holidays
6-day workweek with 1 day off
