Positions—
1. Kitchen Executive
Experience–6 years
Must have experience in multicuisine, European, Western , American, Italian etc,
Should be able to manage a team.
Must have experience working in Restaurant or hotel
Salary:-AED 3000 – AED3500 + Accommodation, transport, duty meals, Service charge, tips
2. Head Pastry Chef
Experience– 6 years
Must have very good experience in Pastry skills.
Multicuisine exp and knowledge in Pastry.
Creative and making new menus and ideas.
Salary– AED 5000 – AED 7000 + Service charge, Tips and Duty meals
3. Waiter ( Arabic speaking or other Nationality)
Experience–1 – 2 Years
Good Communication Skills, presentable and must have UAE exp
Salary- AED 2000 – 2500 + Service charge ,Tips and Duty meals.
4. F&B Supervisor
Experience– 3-4 Years
Arabic speaking or other Nationality, Good Communication Skills, presentable and must have UAE experience
Salary- AED 3000 – AED 4000 + Service charge , Tips and Duty meals.
5. Commi 1 (Pastry & Bakery section.)
Experience–2- 3 Years
Salary–AED 1800+ Accommodation, transport, duty meals, Service charge, tips
6. GRE / Server
Experience– 3 Years
Must have worked with good properties and should be ready to work as GRE and Server also in busy time
Salary– AED 3000 – 4000AED + Service charge , Tips and Duty meals.
7.Assitant Restaurant Manager
Experience= 7 – 9 Yrs
Must have experience in Global or international cuisine restaurant with good properties.
Salary–Negotiable(based on candidate)+Service charge , Tips and Duty meals.
8. F&B Bartender
Salary– AED 2000+ Accommodation, transport, duty meals, Service charge, tips
Experience:- 1- 2 Years
Good knowledge in alcohol, cocktails. Must be creative to can create new menu ideas.
9. DCDP (Western cuisine)
Experience –3-4 Years
Must have exp in Hot and cold section and currently working as DCDP .
Good Communication is a must
Salary– AED 2500 + Accommodation, transport, duty meals, Service charge, tips
10. Commi 3 (COLD section )
Salary– AED 1800+ Accommodation, transport, duty meals, Service charge, tips
Experience– Fresher / 1 Year
Good Communication is a must. Industrial and Job training exp with good properties.
