What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of experience in similar roles within high-volume, independent fine dining or upscale casual restaurants in the UAE
A leader who inspires — with excellent communication, people management, and team-building skills
Strong understanding of P&L, cost control, and revenue-driving strategies
Deep knowledge of restaurant operations, service excellence, and culinary trends
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews and trials
