On March 31st, 1948, the shores of Genoa saw the “Anna C.”, the Costa family’s first transatlantic liner, set sail with its iconic blue “C” on a yellow funnel. Costa reimagined the first-class transatlantic experience, shifting to cruises designed purely for leisure and adventure.
