The roles involve ensuring exceptional customer service, managing daily restaurant operations, coordinating with teams to maintain seamless service, and upholding high standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities vary by role but may include leading and training staff, handling customer inquiries, overseeing inventory, and supporting the creation of an excellent dining environment.
Qualifications
•Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both guests and team members.
•Management and leadership experience for overseeing staff, delegating tasks, and fostering a team-oriented work environment (specific to managerial and supervisory roles).
•Knowledge of food service operations, food safety standards, and health regulations.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
•Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude to handle challenges and provide excellent service.
•Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
•Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
•Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
