2. Gulf Data Hub (Dubai Silicon Oasis)

Secured a five-year FM contract to maintain Tier III data centre facilities.
ENGIE handles operations, preventive maintenance, facility infrastructure, civil engineering, and soft services such as white space cleaning, pest control, and landscaping.
Emphasis on energy-efficient solutions, machine-learning-based downtime mitigation, and optimizing Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE).
