We are seeking Asian professionals who are deeply passionate and well-versed in Japanese culture, cuisine, and sake knowledge to join our opening team.

Who We’re Looking For:
Asian nationality preferred
Strong understanding of Japanese culinary traditions and sake culture
Experience in premium hospitality or fine dining
Passionate, professional, and detail-oriented
Able to deliver authentic guest experiences inspired by Japanese values
Must be eligible to work in a licensed venue in the UAE
