Open Positions & Salaries:
Restaurant Manager – AED 22,000 (reports to GM)
Sommelier – AED 9,000
Senior Bartender – AED 8,500
Bartender – AED 7,500
Hostess – AED 7,500
Waiter/Waitress – AED 6,000
Runner – AED 3,800
Bar Back – AED 3,800
What We’re Looking For:
Italian Fine Dining Expertise – Experience in luxury Italian restaurants in the GCC is essential.
Fluent in English – Strong communication skills are a must; additional languages are a bonus!
Exceptional Personality – Confident, charismatic, and skilled at building relationships with VIP guests.
Passion for Excellence – Committed to delivering a world-class dining experience.
