Role Requirements:
-Proven experience in the respective role within a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
-Proficiency in English is essential.
-A warm, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
-A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
-Must be able to communicate in English and speaking an additional language is a strong advantage
-Previous work experience in Europe, South America or South Africa is an advantage

-300 AED language allowance ( if you speak Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Italian, German, Japanese or Mandarin)
-Service Charge (Average service charge per month last year for the group was1400 AED per month, this will of course be less during pre-opening)
-Tips
-You work 6 days a week with 1 day off
-You are entitled to discounted room rates with the group once you have completed 6 months of service
-50% F&B discount in the restaurants of the group
-Personal accident and life insurance
-Ticket home every two years
-26 vacation days and Public holidays (normally around 10 a year)
